The outside services TryoutEngine uses to run the platform, and what each one receives.
TryoutEngine is provided by Summit Innovations LLC. A subprocessor is a service provider that stores or processes customer data on our behalf so that we can run TryoutEngine. Each subprocessor that receives information about children is bound by written terms, which may be its standard terms of service, that require it to keep that data confidential and secure and to use it only to provide services to us.

Before we add a service that will receive identifiable information about children, we update this page and email each customer association's notice contact at least 15 days in advance. If a change is urgently needed for security or to keep the service running, we notify customers as soon as practicable afterwards.
Services an association chooses and controls itself, such as its own registration system, email account, or shared drive, are the association's providers, not ours. Data an association keeps in those places stays under its control.
